Spider-Man – Dying Wish | Comics
In the aftermath of the global catastrophic “Ends of the Earth” event, a terminally ill Doctor Octopus was finally taken down with his newly reformed Sinister Six by Spider-Man after foiling his manic plan to eradicate billion lives on Earth as a last resort to be remembered forever. He was placed in the security prison facility created for the super villains called The Raft, under intensive medical care. From this inactive state, he struggles to utter a single word, “Peter Parker”. To the respond of his call, Spider-Man came to pay visit to him along with The Avengers in Raft. To a point of their conversation, it is finally revealed that Doctor Octavious has previously transferred his consciousness to Peter Parker’s young body during their last battle to escape death.

While Peter is trapped in his fragile body, which is slowly dying, the Octavious Spidey bids farewell to the dying Peter Parker with taunting him a little bit. With only a few hours to live, Peter managed to summon the Trapster, Hydro Man and Scorpion to invade Raft and break him out of the prison as Doctor Octopus in a desperate attempt so that he could face off and stop his arch-nemesis Octavious in Spider-Man’s body. After breaking out of the prison, Peter led the trio who believed him to be Doctor Octopus to The Avengers tower where all of Parker’s relatives are moved. In their confrontation, Octavious Spidey nearly kills the Scorpion by breaking his jaw that shocks Parker and he retaliates by engaging Spider-Man in a final epic-battle.

Amazing Spider Man – Shed | Comics
Famous Reptilian scientist Doctor Curtis Connors is the man also known as the former super-villain Lizard as well as a teacher of Peter Parker, is now a widower, working in a pharmaceutical industry, is broken and slowly losing control from the stress of life and a non-stop trash talking boss. When his entire barrier of endurance broke to keep his reptilian persona in check, a monstrous Lizard is unleashed again! Spider-Man was patrolling with Black Cat, then upon hearing the news of the Lizard’s rampage, he quickly reached to the spot as soon as he could. He confronts him to stop Kurt Connors from rampaging through the city and to save the innocent bystanders from harm’s way.

With all those years of changing into the other grizzly persona of a cold-blooded reptile and experiencing a few horrific mutations, Lizard has grown monstrous, stronger and grimmer than ever. It has changed into a new devilish form, which Connors has a very limited control over, calling itself The Shed. It is known that under the influence of the reptile, Curt Connors only possesses intellect of an average man but what the other did not know now is that this time Connors has perfected the serum responsible for his transformation to the level where he can have control over both his persona and powers at the same time. Even after his best efforts, Spidey fails to save Kurt's son Billy Connors at the foster case from his own father's monstrosity and may be this time, it won't be easy stopping the reptile monster, since his humane side is lost in the abyss.

The storyline Shed is a four part tale from the monthly ongoing Amazing Spider-Man comic-book series, is plotted out by the mastermind writer Zeb Wells (Carnage U.S.A., Spider-Man/Doctor Octopus – Year One) and amazing artist Chris Bachalo (Captain America – Homeland, Dark Reign – The Sinister Spider-Man) under the publication of Marvel Comics in 2010. Though it is actually part of “The Gauntlet” story arc but Shed is a part of a larger plot that only focuses Spidey’s encounter with The Lizard. It's a one grim tale that readers and fans won't forget in years running from issues #630-633 and also some materials from Web of Spider-Man #55 were added to the story.
