Amazing Spider-Man – The Parker Luck | Comics

When Spider-Man was gone, the world has changed and Peter Parker returns only to discover someone amazing like him out there.

After one of his greatest enemies, Doctor Octopus living in his shell as Superior Spider-Man for months, Peter Parker is back again as the Amazing Spider-Man. Coming back, he responds to an alarm for robbery by The Menagerie; a gang of animal-themed criminal members led by White Rabbit.

They came here to loot an auction house with her accomplice Hippo, Panda-Mania and Skein. As he tries to confront them, Skein shreds up his whole costume using her power and he ends up stopping them buck-naked in public.

A few hours back, the first thing he does upon regaining his body is to attend a small press to explain how he is alive after a "Goblin Attack" on Parker Industries. Thanks to Doc Ock, his PhD is complete; he now owns the company and apparently is in a relationship with Anna Maria Marconi.

When he gets back to his apartment, Anna was already there and she figured out that he is Spider-Man by seeing footage of his bare body. He explains everything that happened and she is still baffled to know that she was dating a criminal.

Meanwhile, his buddies at Avengers Tower watched him back in action and even though Spider-Woman confirmed it really is indeed their old teammate judging by his goofiness but Captain America calls him to meet anyway. While they were running dozens of tests on him to determine if he really is the real-deal, they were catching up on how Doctor Octopus had mind-swapped with him.

Steve Rogers still remains a bit skeptical because he previously blamed being possessed by the alien symbiote for his behavior. Spidey hit him hard and lashed out at him when he learned that Steve was aware of Flash Thompson being active as Venom.

Some of Otto's experiments on super-villain Electro have his powers malfunctioning and he decided to make a comeback. When he entered Conway Penitentiary to re-create his notorious "Breakout in Raft" act, he accidentally blew it up the whole joint.

With his powers gone haywire, Electro desperately seeks for a shelter and finds it on Francine Frye's apartment. Despite his warnings, she tried to kiss him and an uncontrolled power surge fried her. Driven mad by her death, Max Dillon goes after Spider-Man whom he believes responsible for all.

Also, Octavius had an encounter with costumed burglar Black Cat during his stint as a hero and he gave her a severe beating before leaving her wrapped in webs. She escaped captivity as a result of Electro's rampage and wanted to get back at Spidey for ruining her life by throwing her in jail.

She goes to see a confrontation between Spider-Man and Electro to help the latter using her luck power. Later she faced web-head when Max accidentally caused fire to a building full of homeless people and then offered Electro for a team-up.

Shortly, he joined assembled members of Avengers and X-Men to fight protect the city from Mindless Ones. They took down Exterminatrix and The Orb unleashes one of the eyes of the recently deceased Uatu the Watcher.

It shows him that, the radioactive spider that bit him thirteen years ago also bit a girl after him. The girl, Cindy Moon is later taken in by Ezekiel Sims and she is locked away to hide from Morlun. He breaks her out of a secret bunker and instead of being happy for freedom, she is angry on Peter for exposing her Morlun.

Although, the wall-crawler assures her that he took care of the totemic predator away for good, she insists that, he can come back again. Elsewhere, the villain senses her presence and declares of "The Greatest Hunt".

Cindy webbed up a costume for her and Peter learns that she is faster, has better reflexes if not stronger, improved spider-sense and they cannot get their hands off each other when in close proximity. She quickly catches on to the super-hero deal by adopting an identity of Silk and would probably save Spider-Man from getting his secret identity busted and his ass kicked.

In Alexandria, war has ended long ago and Rick Grimes lives a peaceful life as a family man with Andrea and his son Carl Grimes. He wears a prosthetic hand, grew a beard and has to walk with a cane these days. The community is rebuilt and has changed a lot too. They have new people living within those walls, got new crops, farms and houses as well.

Jesus brought in the survivors to Rick and they decide to stay after a brief introduction. He then heads to the munitions factory and asks Eugene not to go on herd duty anymore. Carl says that he wants to be a blacksmith and work with Earl Sutton of Hilltop Colony. Even though he does not want his boy to leave this place, he eventually agrees to consider it.

That night, Carl goes to the basement to talk to someone about class and after hour activities involving a girl he liked. The person in shadows offer him his perspective and when the boy was about to leave, asks if Carl still wants to kill him. He states his intentions are positive and that figure is revealed to be former leader of the Saviors, Negan.

The next day, Andrea is interviewing Magna and her friends on how they survived so long and how many were they. Later at their own place, she and her group talks among themselves about whether or not to trust Rick and his people because what they have here seems too good to be true and she thinks that Alexandria is hiding something.

Ken and Marco of the Hilltop Colony see a pack of horses on uncharted territory and even though the latter urges to go back, the former insists to bring them to Hilltop. A few zombies arriving out of nowhere caused him to fall from his horse and stuck underneath it. Marco carries Ken onto his horse after seeing a few more approaching.

They go a long way on horseback but then Ken falls off the horse and as his friend came to help, the horse ran off. These two then continue on foot and more Walkers begin to close in. Refusing to leave Ken back, Marco drags him to a nearby ditch and watches the horde leave. To their surprise, the duo hears the roamers whispering among them.

Judge Dredd – The American Way of Death | Comics

Right after Judge Dredd is banished to moon, the Dark Judges has returned to Mega-City One to turn it into a city of dead.

Previously, Judge Tarjay went rogue by starting a killing spree of Judges and managed to frame Judge Dredd for colluding with him that earned him a life sentence on Titan moon. Dredd only made a fake confession in order to save his colleague Judge Anderson of Psi Division but it was too late for her and made way for Dark Judges to return.

Their leader Judge Death leads way to a slaughter at Grand Hall of Justice and all attempts of stopping him remains futile. Chief Justice barely made it out with Judge Cal with a few others but remaining officers fall victim to Judge Fear and Judge Mortis.

Judge Karyn reports back to Omar from streets of Mega-City One on Judge Choke, Fistula, Skinner, Sleep, Sludge and Stigmata as they terrorize its citizens. Her attempts of engaging Burroughs was cut short when he dropped a structure on her and then sees a group of people building a humanoid like formation, calling it Metastasis.

Seeing things getting out of control, Judge Cal suggests to Chief Justice that they abandon Sector One and destroy it with air-strikes before declaring an immediate martial law to all neighboring sectors. An announcement of relocation was made based on priority class and all the bottom dwellers knew that they are surely drokked now!

Back on Titan, prison moon of Saturn, Dredd arrived for his sentence during an ongoing revolt and reluctantly goes out with a laser whip to restore order. He came across someone who he thought to be former Judge Harvies but suddenly blown up before exchanging more words and is taken into a secure location to tend to his injuries.

Surprisingly, Judge Omar showed up at their doorstep bearing news of how Sector One has been taken over by Dark Judges upon being transported on Titan by Judge Blank. Whom he thinks as Harvies is a girl named Pachoda living in his body after she was tricked and they both decides to get back to Earth even for different reasons.

No sooner had they faced Blank, it sucked them in together and Dredd saw that "Harvies" was telling truth after all. By the time they arrived, Sector One of Mega-City One has been decimated beyond recognition and unaware of their arrival, Judge Cal orders to raise containment shield halfway through evacuation of its populace.

Nearing its wall, they saw Metastasis approaching towards them and real "Harvies" begging for their help. After taking on Judge Choke without any firepower, Dredd blew up Sludge and Pachoda ran to secure her real body but smacked away.

Meanwhile, Karyn informs Chief Justice about picking up signals of Joseph Dredd when she tried to contact Omar and it prompted Cal to secretly order any remaining officers there to capture Joe. Apparently, Dark Judges are having some trouble controlling Blank, probably because it was using host body of deceased Judge Anderson.

Sleep tried to confront Pachoda without much effect but Stigmata managed to influence her. Joe allowed to be arrested in order to meet Chief Justice and make everyone listen to him for once. He took everyone to the deserted land of Cursed Earth where he previously encountered a being that can actually save Mega-City One right now.
