Logan starts looking for Mystique's trail and eventually sniffs her out within a few hours but still she managed to dodge him. In Wolverine's disguise, Mystique has killed a local woman in Afganistan and when Logan came looking for her, she framed him for the murder of that woman. The local Afgans didn't take this matter very lightly and they fired at will to him after capturing him.

This story started in issue #62 of the third volume of the Wolverine monthly ongoing comic series from Marvel Comics and concluded in issue #65. Boba Fett | Comics

As he was known as the best bounty hunter in the entire galaxy, Jango Fett was approached by Sith Lord Darth Tyranus to be a genetic template of a Clone Army for The Republic. Not only has he received a very handsome payment for that, he also collected an unaltered clone whom he named Boba Fett and started raising him as his own son. Jango was decapitated by Jedi Master Mace Windu when confronted in the first battle of Clone Wars.

This motivated a young and grieving Boba to follow his father’s path of becoming a bounty hunter and take revenge on the Jedi Master who killed him. Even though his attempt at retribution on The Jedi for Jango's death failed, he quickly formed his own gang and gained status as one of the galaxy's deadliest bounty hunters.

Boba had established a syndicate of bounty hunters by himself and worked for Jabba the Hutt. When Sith Lord Darth Vader came to Jabba's Palace looking for best bounty hunters, Jabba sent Boba Fett to Vader. Boba had to apprehend the young Luke Skywalker and the vessel Millennium Falcon for Vader.

Fett left a trail of dead bodies hunting for Skywalker, whom he finally found and tried to take him as a prisoner with no success. Even after his failed attempt to get the boy, Boba was hired by Darth Vader again years later to bring Hutt's best smuggler Han Solo. Boba later delivered a frozen Han Solo from Vader to Jabba's but Solo's rebel friends managed to rescue him in time and a briefly blinded Solo accidentally banged the bounty hunter into the sarlacc pit.

Writer John Wagner (Aliens – Berserker, Judge Dredd) played a very prominent role in exploring the character throughout his various major and minor comic-book appearances in the early days. Even though the allegiance of the character is neither good nor evil, he still is arguably one of the most celebrated personalities of the franchise and that even earned him a place in the games based on the chronology as well as the TV series titled “Clone Wars”.

Darth Vader | Comics

Before becoming one of the most feared and powerful Sith Lords to ever control The Dark Side of the Force at his will, Anakin Skywalker was born as a Force-sensitive child to his mother Shmi Skywalker on the on the Outer Rim's desert of Tatooine. The boy was later discovered and enlisted in the Jedi Order by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, who believed according to an ancient prophecy that Anakin is The Chosen One who will one day restore balance to The Force by defeating the Sith.

From the very young age, the boy showed exceptional wits considering his age and mastery with machinery as he built the protocol droid C-3PO out of scavenging parts. As a child, he was a very skilled Podracer and in his youth, he became the greatest pilot in the galaxy. Always troubled with his emotions has made him vulnerable to be corrupted by The Dark Side. This is why his Jedi peers were concerned about him all the time as they believe it can cloud their judgment.

The Phantom Menace
The birth of Anakin Skywalker was always a mystery as there was no father and his mother Shmi was a slave to Gardulla the Hutt. Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi eventually lands on Tatooine with Queen Padmé Amidala, Jar Jar Binks and R2-D2 after their meeting with Trade Federation going south. The group finds young Anakin working as a slave at Watto's shop and Jinn sensed presence of the Force within the boy and took him along after he managed to earn his freedom by winning a Podrace.

He presents young Anakin to the Jedi Council but they refuse his request of training the boy as he was also quite vulnerable to the corruption of The Dark Side. Regardless, Qui-Gon Jinn decides to train the boy but then heads to Naboo for a more pressing matter. There he dies battling Darth Maul and requests Obi-Wan to take the boy as his Padawan. In the mean time, Anakin sneaked into a starfighter that took him to space and he destroyed the Federation's Droid Control Ship from within.

Attack of the Clones
Trained by his new Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi from his childhood, Anakin grew up to be a great Jedi warrior who quickly made a name for himself. Obi-Wan and Anakin were appointed to protect Senator Padmé Amidala as attempts on her life have been made. The duo chases a shape-shifting assassin after one such attempt and then Anakin takes Padmé back to Naboo. Having frequent visions of his mother in peril, he travels back to Tatooine only to learn that she was kidnapped by by Tusken Raiders a week prior.

Upon finding her mother in their camp who dies shortly, a vengeful Anakin slaughters every one of the Tuskens. Anakin and Padmé travels to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan but got captured instead. These three are taken to the Geonosis arena for execution and following the arrival of a Jedi strike team, Anakin gives chase to Count Dooku. He and Obi-Wan engaged the Dark Lord in a lightsaber duel. Dooku cuts off Anakin's right arm after beating him in combat but forced to flee upon Yoda's arrival.

Revenge of the Sith
As he was growing ever so formidable and made a name for himself Anakin was enrolled to the Jedi High Council but they did not grant him the rank of a Master, which upsets him. He secretly tied the nuptial knots with his childhood love and then a Senator; Padmé Amidala. Though they were both happy with each other and expecting their baby, soon a cryptic vision of Padmé dying during childbirth starts haunting him greatly. To save his love from certain demise and finding no other way out, Anakin is persuaded by the malevolent Darth Sidious in the guise of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.

He eventually submits to The Dark Side of the Force seeing no other way to evade the prophecy of Padmé's death. Sidious gave him the name of Darth Vader before taking him as his apprentice and sent him against the Jedi. He killed all the younglings before burning down the Jedi Temple. Vader went on a merciless killing spree and on Mustafar, he faced off against his former master Obi-Wan after slaying all of the Separatist Council. Vader's organic limbs were mutilated in the following battle due to his growing arrogance and Obi-Wan left him near a lava river to die.

Imperial Machine
The battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi, left Vader physically and mentally scarred on Mustafar. As he was left for dead, Emperor Palpatine arrives to take him back to Coruscant to patch him up. Vader's entire body was fitted with cybernetics and a life-sustaining suit of armor. Upon learning that Padmé has died, he angrily slammed his master with the Force. Palpatine told him to live through pain or die and he chose the latter. The Emperor then struck his pupil with Force lightning and told him to defend himself with his lightsaber, which he lost on Mustafar.

Palpatine enlightens Vader on why the Jedi and Siths have different color of lightsabers. A Sith's lightsaber is not given but taken from a Jedi and so he tasks his apprentice to earn his own. Darth Vader embarks a journey on the Mid Rim to hunt down a lone Jedi Master Kirak Infil'a and engaged him on the river moon of Al'doleem. Though, Infil'a easily defeated him the first time and left him into pieces, Vader manages to defeat him on their second encounter and took the lightsaber from him. In a Sith cave of Mustafar, Vader tries to corrupt the kyber crystal of Infil'a's lightsaber and eventually succeeded.

Rogue One
After the destruction of Jedha City, Darth Vader calls the Death Star project in-charge Director Orson Krennic on Mustafar. There was a concern regarding engineer Galen Erso being a traitor and there is now a possibility of the Rebellion knowing about their super-weapon. Vader also expresses his disappointment at the decision of blowing up Jedha City as it was being used for the mining of kyber crystals for the Empire. Recently, Governor Tarkin had Krennic removed from the Death Star project upon its completion, so he blamed this on Tarkin but Vader don't care about what he has to say anymore.

A New Hope
Upon losing his friends, family and all he believed in, Vader enrolled himself under the command of The Empire and become one of the dominant and the most dreaded Sith Lords who ever lived. As he learned about the rebel spies stealing the Death Star plans and sent it to the rebel flagship, Darth Vader immediately boards there with a group of stormtroopers and starts slaughtering the rebels. In the mean time, Princess Leia manages to hide the plans within R2-D2 and send him to Tatooine in an escape pod with C-3PO to find Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Vader sent stormtroopers to get that escape pod on Tatooine, who upon failing to locate the droids have killed the relatives of Luke Skywalker. Princess Leia was taken to Death Star for interrogation and as she disagreed to co-operate, Alderaan was blown off. When Han Solo's ship the Millennium Falcon was inside Death Star, Obi-Wan Kenobi engaged Vader in a lightsaber duel to allow safe passage to the others and then sacrificed himself. The Dark Lord has tracked down Rebel base on Yavin 4 and then rebel starfighters takes a last stand against the Empire. Luke managed to blow up the Death Star after quite a hustle.

The Empire Strikes Back
Three years have passed since the Rebels destroyed the Death Star and now built a new base on the icy planet of Hoth. Darth Vader has been looking for Rebel base around the galaxy along with the Imperial Fleet with his own intent of finding Luke Skywalker. In a conversation with Darth Sidious, Vader learns that Luke is actually Anakin's son, yet he remained adamant to bring the boy in and turn him to The Dark Side. As Luke sees Han and Leia troubled in one of his vision during his stay in Dagobah, he leaves to save them abandoning his training with Yoda.

Vader wanted to put Luke in a suspended animation and took Han as a test subject to be frozen in carbonite. He later tracks them back to Cloud City after they escaped and gets into a lightsaber duel with Luke. At one point, he chopped off Luke's right hand during the fight but he still refuses to join The Dark Side and accused Vader for the murder of his father, only for the latter to reveal that he is Luke's father. Luke couldn't handle this truth and immediately falls through the shaft to make an escape.

Return of the Jedi
Within the next six months Death Star II was completely built where the Emperor arrived as Vader and battalion of stormtroopers greeted him. Meanwhile, Luke rescues his friends from Jabba's palace with Leia killing Jabba by strangling to death and Han dropping bounty hunter Boba Fett into the Sarlacc. Emperor Palpatine senses Vader growing restless to go to moon of Endor looking for Luke and he sent his apprentice to bring the boy to him. Luke willingly comes surrendering to The Empire in an attempt to talk Vader out of The Dark Side to no avail.

When confronted by Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith tries to seduce Luke to The Dark Side and he lashed out his lightsaber at Sidious only to be stopped by Vader. This time Luke managed to defeat his father using anger but when he is asked by the Emperor to kill him, Luke refuses and the Dark Lord attacks him with Force lightning. As Luke asked for his help, Vader threw The Emperor through a reactor shaft, killing him and thus fulfilling the prophecy. Due to his selfless sacrifice, he was allowed to join Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda in the afterlife as a Force-spirit of Anakin Skywalker.

The Force Awakens
Even years after his death, Vader's legacy continued to the New Republic, where he was a subject of controversy. Princess Leia resigned from the Galactic Senate when Vader being her biological father was made known. Fanatics and cults admiring him start rising and eventually The First Order was born. After Leia and Han's Force-sensitive son Ben Solo was seduced to The Dark Side by the villainous Snoke, he became Kylo Ren with a great admiration for his grandfather Darth Vader. Kylo even possessed Vader's disfigured helmet which he talks to whenever he feels the pull towards the light.

Thanos | Comics

Widely Known as The Mad Titan who is fascinated by Death, Thanos is the most evil individual in the Universe.

As he is known as The Mad Titan across the universe, his actions doesn’t suggest otherwise as well. Among his race of eternal Titans, Thanos was born as a grey-skinned mutant and monstrous form, which let him absorb cosmic energy to use it at his will.

Although he was not very mindful of others at first yet was very mild-mannered and a loner type, despite his freakish appearance as a result of his Deviant Syndrome. Not only had he slowly grown a craving for power but he also was the strongest than rest of his race, who is soon exiled from their society for nurturing great violence within him.

He then starts strengthening himself physically with bionic implementation and various augmentations alongside hours of meditation to surpass anyone of his race. While he became more and more powerful, he also grew a taste for conquest and starts recruiting from across the galaxy for his own army to command over cosmos in future.

In his quest for power he eventually developed a fascination over the entity of Death and it becomes an intense obsession upon meeting her in person at one point. To win Death’s affection, Thanos even nuked on his home planet Titan, causing the remaining Eternals of Titan to band together against him and permanently stop his reign of madness.

Avengers Vs. Thanos
As Death started to take an interest on him over time, Thanos attempts to make himself truly worthy for her affection. He was keeping an eye on Earth since the first expolosion of a nuclear weapon and longing for gathering more power, he obtained a reality-altering object called the Cosmic Cube, created by Advanced Idea Mechanics.

Possession of the Cube made him a god-like being, leading Kree champion Captain Marvel and The Avengers to oppose him after he wiped out a Kree fleet. He gave up the Cube when he believed that he has drained it of all power but Mar-Vell took hold of it to restore universe as it was before their chaotic conflict took place.

This failure has him abandoned by Death abruptly and he is completely robbed off his power but was timely rescued by his starship base Sanctuary II, just as he programmed it. After recovering, he decided to get back to his path of earning her love once again by delivering her a total annihilation of all beings that exists.

In order to gain such power to do so, he came to learn about the existence of a number of immensely powerful singularities known as Soul Gems. He collected all of them except one, which belonged to its keeper, Adam Warlock. To avoid losing his own soul to Adam instead of obtaining his objective, Thanos decided to observe him and learn more about him.

He also learns about Magus; a time-displaced evil counterpart of Adam Warlock, who is destined to oppose him and unleash a reign of destruction upon universe. So, he went on to rescue and adopt Gamora from Earth-7528 reality as an infant, when rest of her race of Zen-Whoberis was slaughtered by Universal Church of Truth, a cult dedicated to Magus.

He raised her to become deadliest assassin in entire galaxy and then allied with Adam to prevent him from ever becoming Magus. His plan went sour when Gamora turned against him to stop his plan and an intervention of The Avengers did the rest.

Thanos Quest
When Thanos is resurrected by Death on her own realm, he came to learn from Infinity Well that Soul Gems now belongs to various Elders of the Universe after his last defeat. Calling those as Infinity Gems, The In-Betweener, Champion of the Universe, The Gardener and The Runner, The Collector and Grandmaster took charge of those.

One by one, The Mad Titan managed to eventually gather them by either using force or trickery on the Elders. To put them all to use, he wielded all of those gems on his gloves and then forged the Infinity Gauntlet. He faked his own death to convince everyone that he is no longer a threat to universe and continued his work in secret.

Rebirth of Thanos
Upon having a dream of a massive skull, Silver Surfer ends up on Mistress Death's domain and witnessed the resurrection of Thanos. Since he has never faced The Mad Titan before, Surfer had no idea about what was going on and whether or not he should intervene.

Death reveals that she brought him back to life and granted more power to do her bidding and annihilate half the lives of Universe. He assures her of that but Death is still skeptical over his last time, when he was taken down by The Avengers. She also suggests that Silver Surfer can still be a problem and Thanos then just blasts him off his way.

Infinity Gauntlet
To threaten the very existence of the entire universe by wielding all six Infinity Gems in his Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos regained the power of a God. He then pays Death a visit to rekindle their old relationship but she turned her back on him and shows no interest at all, even after he created a massive shrine in her honor to impress her.

He resurrects his granddaughter Nebula and then wipes out half the lives from universe as promised to her earlier. By this time, Surfer has already contacted Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange about this great reckoning, this drastic change in reality was felt by Captain America, The Eternals, Hulk, Kree Empire, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Spider-Man.

Adam Warlock meets heroes of Earth to unite them all against Thanos, who is a threat for all that exists. Even the most powerful beings of universe, including Galactus has joined this cause and he froze everyone in time, Mephisto suggests that he should battle the heroes without using full power of his Infinity Gauntlet if he wants to impress Death.

However, in doing so; he allowed all heroes present there a chance to fight against him. Finally, it took all the efforts of the assembled super-heroes of Earth just to stand against him but his overconfidence finally threw him off-balance and caused him defeat.

Infinity War
Thanos came seeking help from Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch when he faced Magus and learned his current plan, which is to gain control over the Universe with powerful cosmic items equivalent of five Cosmic Cubes. With the aid of evil counterparts of heroes and villains from Earth, Magus was trying to replace them to change reality.

The Infinity Gauntlet is reassembled by Adam to match the power Magus currently wields but lost it to him anyway. Thanos delayed the villain long enough with an elaborated ruse to be taken down by Eternity and Infinity before going to his own separate way.

Infinity Crusade
The Goddess is a being exerted from Adam Warlock's goodness during his time of wielding Infinity Gauntlet and took a form. In order to spread peace across cosmos, she forged the power of 30 Cosmic Cubes into a Cosmic Egg and created Paradise Omega planet. She came to Earth seeking heroes who are ready to banish all evil from Universe.

This caused an imprisonment of Adam Warlock and Thanos in between reality but they made out of it. Mephisto came forward to help them and as Adam kept distracting Goddess, Thanos and a band of heroes worked on destroying her Cosmic Egg.

Thor Vs. Thanos
In search of some rare cosmic artifacts, The Mad Titan stepped on Asgard with Tarakis and an unstoppable being known as Mangog, laying trash of The Warriors Three and took the Map of All-Ending from Odin. They crossed paths with an enraged Thor, who returned home from Earth but a surprise attack from Mangog left him beaten as well.

He then banded with former herald Galactus; Firelord and Rigellian Recorder to find and stop him before it is too late. Odinson took quite a beating from Mangog once more and barely survived but managed to take down The Mad Titan using reinforcement.

Annihilation
Annihilus; ruler of the Negative Zone decides to lead an attack on the positive matter universe to expand his reign by taking over and Thanos simply sided with him in his orgy of destruction, curiously watched him work. He helped Lord of the Negative Zone imprisoning Galactus and his herald Silver Surfer to use their power for his army.

The Mad Titan then decided to betray him by releasing the Devourer of Worlds but before he could do so, he was killed by Drax, The Destroyer who punched his heart out from behind and he saw Death just moments ago, meaning he truly died this time. His spirit and Death watched Annihilus lose the battle in the end and getting killed by Nova.

The Thanos Imperative
Death has resurrected Thanos but he cannot be killed by any means this time. Since it was untimely and his mind wasn't properly formed, he went on a rampage before he could be stopped by Guardians of the Galaxy. He visits Cancerverse and when Death arrives to kill all immortal beings of that realm, he begs her to take him to but she refuses.

Infuriated at this, Thanos set out to kill entire Universe with only Nova and Star-Lord left behind to face him. Drax The Destroyer also butts into that fight but the end result of the conflict is revealed many years later (Guardians of the Galaxy – Original Sin).

Sensing Illuminati secretly activating Infinity Gauntlet once again, Thanos returned to Titan and then formed his very own "Black Order" with his minions Black Dwarf, Corvus Glaive, Ebony Maw, Proxima Midnight and Supergiant. He attempted to invade Earth when The Avengers were out on a mission in space facing The Builders.

He sends his loyal servant Corvus Glaive to pay Black Bolt a visit in Attilan, demanding heads of Inhuman youths between ages of sixteen and twenty-two as a tribute to his master. This however was a ploy of The Mad Titan to seek out his lost Inhuman son and eradicate him forever, about whom he knew almost nothing about.

As Black Bolt denied paying the tribute that was asked for, Thanos soon arrives at Attilan only for it to be destroyed shortly by a powerful sonic scream released by the former. He released a few more on The Mad Titan but the latter managed to withstand all.

They fought until he was beaten senseless and left behind. His minion Ebony Maw eventually managed to find and capture Thane; the long-lost son of Titan in Greenland. Shortly, The Avengers arrived from space to defend Earth and Maw betrays his master by releasing Thane, who freezes Thanos and Proxima in an amber construct.

Time Runs Out
Because of his different views with his teammates on saving Earth-616 from the Incursion of worlds, Namor leaves Illuminati and forms "The Cabal" with Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight and Thanos upon freeing them. They all then took part in the destruction of alternate Earths from different realities to support the Sub-Mariner.

Razing those worlds and torturing the heroes of the dying Earths with his former minions and new allies were like a picnic to The Mad Titan. However, Namor soon grew sick of their slaughtering of population in the colliding of worlds and had a clash with Thanos regarding their leadership role but was unable to take him down.

Despite Cabal's destruction of countless worlds from different realities to avoid collision, the incursion eventually occurred and Universe perished. However, a patchwork of reality was later created as Battleworld by Doctor Doom, who became omnipotent upon stealing powers of fallen Beyonders, where Thanos and his allies found themselves.

Eight years have passed after that event and on Doom's domain; they got engaged with his police-force, Thor Corps. He managed to convince Ben Grimm, who was this giant-sized Shield that protected the living from residents of Deadlands to take his stand and died himself in a final confrontation with the all-powerful God Emperor Doom.
